The role

Being our Brand Owner for JIM Mobile at Unleashed includes:

You will drive all the marketing campaigns for JIM Mobile. As the company’s main point of contact for all customer-related communication, you will need to have a thorough understanding of our customer, the market,  our competitors, and a vision on the future of mobile services.

Your main responsibilities are

  • Helping Unleashed gear up to become the most customer-centric company in telecom for the coming years
  • Coordinating projects & campaigns (both ATL and BTL) to boost acquisition of new customers
  • Constantly improving/mapping the customer journeys in order to deliver the best possible user experience 
  • Planning and delivering strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty
  • Working together with product marketing team to build a solid offer tailored to our customers
  • Working closely with all other habitats (helpdesk, sales, development...) 
  • Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value strategies
  • Bringing (edible) cookies occasionally. We’ll provide the coffee to match.

You are the one

  • Who can act, think and work on a strategic and conceptual level
  • Who’s proficient in Dutch/French/English
  • Who has previous 3-6y experience in brand and customer relationship management
  • Who’s an ambitious & hands-on marketeer
  • Who makes decisions based on knowledge and insights
  • Who’ll provide us with creative ideas and ways to move forward
  • Who’s eager to work in teams
  • Who’s looking to gain more experience in a very dynamic company culture
