The role

Being a Third Party Relationship Builder at Unleashed includes:

  • Building a trustworthy relationship with various third parties, varying from telco partners, service partners to logistics providers. 
  • Following up on the different SLA’s agreed upon and making suggestions for improvements. 
  • Ensuring SLA’s meet the current and future requirements for performance, fault tolerance, reliability, scalability and availability.
  • Optimising our internal ticket flow from 1st, over 2nd to 3rd line support, recognising patterns, setting priorities and anticipating changes or improvements needed.
  • Taking responsibility in the incident management flow, when incidents have impact for or are caused by one of our third parties.
  • Working in a multidisciplinary context and in close collaboration with colleagues from Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Development and Customer Care.
  • Proactively looking for improvement in team efficiency and output if needed.

  • Recommending and implementing improvements in the way of working.
  • Providing guidelines to our partners to create awesome common practices. 
  • Keeping an eye on our stock levels.

  • Working in an agile, autonomous environment, and to go beyond “traditional” boundaries.
  • Communicating clearly, professionally and emphatically about your work, and understanding how it fits into the bigger whole.
